Scripture reading: Jude

My assignment from God is to stir up your faith to be more determined than ever to stay focus on the plans of God in your life and for your life. God desires for you to receive your supernatural breakthrough today! Let’s look at various areas today.

I choose Jude because part of staying determined or staying focus is persevering in the midst of what is going on around you. There is a lot going on in the world, and probably in most of our lives. I wanted to start with the foundation of a knowing that we must persevere.

In Jude 1:17-25 we are gave a call to persevere. Jude gives these instructions:
1. Build yourselves up in your most holy faith
2. Pray in the Holy Spirit.
3. Keep ourselves in the love of God.
4. Waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life.
5. Have mercy on those who doubt.
6. Save others by snatching them out of the fire.
7. To others show mercy without fear.

Then Jude goes on to encourage us in his doxology in verse 24 (ESV). He says, “Now to him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless before the presence of his glory with great joy.”

Let us put our trust in God who is able to keep us! Hallelujah!

Rekindle the fire! To those of you who have had the laying on hands or ordination. Remember 2Timothy 1:6 “That is why I remind you to fan into flame the gracious gift of God, [that inner fire—the special endowment] which is in you through the laying on of my hands [with those of the elders at your ordination].”

Where is that passion at? Regarding Romans 12:11-13 never let the fire in your heart go out. Keep it alive. Serve the Lord.

If you have lost the passion, the fire, then you are not determined in this moment. We need to spend time before God examining ourselves spiritually. I speak to your dry bones to come alive today in Jesus name (Ezek 37:1-14)! 4 winds blow into our dead situations that we may live. That we may take this life, this light that comes from the weight of your glory to the nations (Isa 60:1-7). God we will arise and shine! Alleluia!

A fire shall always be burning on the altar: it shall never go out (Lev 6:12-13). Let the fire of God continue to burn in me! I will be a house of prayer, a house of glory!

God today I ask that we will walk in evangelism by fire, and prophetic fire of God. God let your Spirit rain today! Lord, ignite the passion in us to win souls, and build up the body of Christ.

Be determined to run this race! Be determined to set aside every sin and weight (Hebrews 12:1-3). Be determined to fight the good fight of faith.

Be determined to fast and pray. Mark 9:29 (KJV) says, “And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.” Let us be determined to receive deliverance and to walk in deliverance ministry. This is one of the reasons Jesus was anointed was to set the captives frees (Luke 4:18-19).

Colossians 3:2 (ESV) “Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on the earth.” The right mindset is essential, and I declare that I will be more determined than ever to renew my mind on the things of God. We will come into your presence God and seek your plans; will; heart and purpose.

Matthew 6:33 (ESV) “But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” Be determined to seek God first. Put God first in all things. Acknowledge God in the midst of where you’re at and in what you are doing.

In 2Timothy (2:6-9, 15) we need to be determined because of God’s purpose and grace. We must be determined to carry this gospel to the nations of the world. Let us be determined to study the Word so we can teach and preach the proper doctrine that we are entrusted to govern over.

2Timothy 3:16-17 (ESV) “All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be competent, equipped for every good work.” Be determined to be a student, to be forever learning. I want to be equipped for every good work that God gives me.

Be determined to be submissive to God, to be obedient. Word of God tells us that obedience is better than sacrifice.

Be determined to have confidence in God. Some trust in chariots and some in horses; but we will remember the name of the LORD!

Be determined to sow and give where God has instructed and led you to in your life. Give and it shall be giving back to you… Your supernatural breakthrough in your finances might be tied up in your giving. I want to give more now than ever!

I will be determined to remember everything God has done for me. How He has saved, delivered, healed, provided. God has poured out His grace, love, and mercy on me in abundance. I will be determined to have an attitude of gratitude!

Be determined to walk in humility, to be humble. Be determined to serve. These were great things that Jesus was an example in.

I will be determined to love others. We need to remember that we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but principalities, powers, demons. God help us to be a people that are on the offensive as well as the defensive. Be determined to engage in spiritual warfare. You are in it whether you acknowledge it or not.

Be determined to stand on God’s view rather than the world views. Take a stand on the principals of God!

Be determined to develop your character and not be led by emotions. Walk in the fruit of the Spirit, and be led by the Spirit of God.

Be determined to be hidden in Christ!

Be determined to rest in God in the secret place.

Be determined to intercede for others. God is looking for those who will stand in the gap.

Be determined to be kept in perfect peace (Isaiah 26:3). Keep your mind on God!

Be determined to praise God more than ever! He is worthy! There is victory in Praise!

I speak to the viewers and/or readers, that they will from this moment forward that they will be more focused and determined now than ever!
Go forth and do great exploits in the Lord. Allow Him to enlarge your territory.

Remember to smile God loves you!
